As a Snr. Cloud Application Consultant, you will lead the delivery of reliable, high-performing OpenText Cloud solutions, serving as a technical expert and escalation point for complex operational issues. You will drive service excellence, guide best practices, collaborate across teams, and help shape the stability, scalability, and success of enterprise cloud environments.

What you need to succeed

• Extensive experience in an IT support or consulting environment supporting enterprise-level, multi-tiered applications

• Strong experience working within an ITIL-based service delivery framework and cloud platform technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure

• Solid administration skills across Windows, UNIX/Linux, VMware, Kubernetes, web servers, and application servers including IIS, Apache, Tomcat, and JBoss

• Experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL, along with scripting or programming skills in SQL, Shell, Java, or JavaScript

• Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service and resolving issues
