Wells Fargo is seeking an Analytics Associate for the CTO Data & Analytics team. An Analytics Associate supports foundational analytics, reporting, and business analysis activities that enable data‑driven decision making. This role applies a basic understanding of business needs to deliver simple analytical processes and insights with guidance from senior team members. The associate collaborates closely with technology and business partners to communicate findings, develop documentation, and support scalable data solutions. Success in this role requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and a commitment to quality, risk awareness, and continuous learning. In this role, you will: Use data research capabilities to translate business problems and data needs into low complexity analyses and recommendations Develop standard and customized reports or ad hoc analyses to be leveraged for recommendations Provide updates to project logs, monthly budget forecasts, and contribute to monthly newsletters or operations reviews Apply foundational analytics and business analysis skills to identify patterns, trends, and insights in data, escalating questions or gaps as appropriate Gather and document basic business and user requirements, including simple design specifications, user stories, and process flows Develop clear documentation, summaries, and simple reports that align with established standards and stakeholder needs Use basic data programming and data solutions engineering concepts to source, validate, and analyze data sets with guidance Execute routine work with accountability by following defined processes, confirming priorities, and communicating status and risks Assist in troubleshooting and problem solving with respect to production or issuance issues Assist with developing procedures and controls to maintain the accuracy and efficiency of processes and minimize risk Receive direction from supervisor, exercise independent judgment and partner with technology and other business groups Required Qualifications: 6+ months of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: 6+ months of experience creating visual reports with Power BI 6+ months of experience with data analysis and documentation Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings) and Kanban Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations Job Expectations: Ability to work outside of regular business hours May be required to serve in an on-call rotation for application support This position does not offer visa sponsorship This position offers a hybrid work schedule Posting End Date: 18 Aug 2026 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
