Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.   SE&TC is seeking an experienced and highly organized Depot Lead for the ESSM program, to lead day‑to‑day operations within our repair, overhaul, and recertification depot. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all depot activities, ensuring on time delivery, quality compliance, and efficient resource utilization. The Depot Lead will collaborate closely with Program Management, Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to support contractual requirements and customer commitments.

Manage, report, and consolidate various data points to track trends that inform leadership of Sustainment activity Develop and maintain schedules, priorities, and workflows to meet program deliverables Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations on troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and driving process improvements Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance depot productivity and reduce cycle time Serve as Cost Account Manager (CAM) for the ESSM Depot contract; develop, track, and manage program budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis Prepare and deliver presentations for Program Reviews, external customer meetings, and team status updates Prepare and submit Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) items as required Conduct risk and opportunity analysis and manage associated actions Provide productivity updates and status inputs for Monthly Business Reviews and metric reporting   Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience. Experience with budgets, program financials, and/or customer contracts, including Earned Value (EV) management and/or the Estimates at Completion (EAC) process. Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
