Stay technically engaged through design reviews, prototypes, and production debugging while developing the team’s technical breadth across frontend, backend, web, native app, and platform capabilities. Partner with engineers and technical leaders to identify risks early, remove delivery bottlenecks, manage dependencies, and communicate progress and trade-offs clearly. Use product and engineering metrics to evaluate outcomes, improve the roadmap, and stop or reshape work that is not creating sufficient value. Hire, retain, and develop the talent needed to meet the team’s evolving goals while ensuring opportunities are accessible and equitable.
