We are seeking a Social Content Producer to develop and produce engaging short-form video content across Creator Nation’s social channels. This role will bring content ideas to life through filming, editing, and creative direction while staying current with social trends and opportunities to grow the company’s digital presence. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Report to the Director, Marketing & Communications Ideate, shoot, and edit short-form video (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) for Creator Nation's social channels, the channels of the companies under the Creator Nation umbrella, and executive social presence Deliver finished, platform-ready assets (cut, captioned, sized, and packaged) to the Coordinator, Social Content for posting Turn content ideas from the Coordinator, Social Content, executives, and portfolio companies into shot lists and finished pieces Capture content on location at events, shoots, and in the office and direct executives and Creators on camera Maintain the raw footage and finished asset library so content can be repurposed across channels Stay on top of formats, hooks, and trends and bring new content ideas to the team WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING 2 to 3 years of experience producing short-form social video end to end (concept, shoot, edit) Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Portfolio of Reels and TikToks you have shot and edited yourself Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, and/or Final Cut Pro, plus mobile-first shooting and lighting Strong instinct for what performs on Instagram and TikTok, including hooks, pacing, and trends Experience in entertainment, music, or creator-economy content Comfortable directing executives and Creators on camera Ability to move fast and deliver clean final assets on deadline across multiple brands BENEFITS & PERKS   Creator Nation offers a competitive benefits package built around four pillars: HEALTH : Medical, vision, dental and mental health benefits for you and your family, with access to a health care concierge, and Flexible or Health Savings Accounts (FSA or HSA) YOURSELF : Free concert tickets, generous paid time off including paid holidays, sick time, and personal days WEALTH: 401(k) program with company match CAREER : Career and skill development programs Compensation: The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $70,000.00 USD - $80,000.00 USD.
