Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our European Business Support Center (EBSC) team, part of our business at Marsh , as an Executive Assistant . This role will be based in Warsaw . This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This role will support a Business Leader in a dynamic, multinational environment. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, helping the leader stay organized, prepared, and focused on priorities. The team works collaboratively across functions and locations, supporting business goals in a fast-paced and international setting. We will count on you to: Provide proactive executive support to a Business Leader, including calendar, meeting, and travel management Manage correspondence, priorities, and follow-up actions with a high level of confidentiality and accuracy Coordinate and organize visits, meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes when needed, and track action items Support internal communication and liaise effectively with colleagues across different countries and teams Assist with administrative and operational tasks to ensure efficient daily business support What you need to have: Previous experience in a similar executive assistant or personal assistant role, ideally 2–3 years Very good level of English, both written and spoken Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, multicultural, and fast-paced environment What makes you stand out?
