What Will You Do? Cybersecurity & Network Security Leadership Serve as the principal technical expert for cybersecurity, firewall technologies, network architecture, and security operations. Lead, Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructures supporting factory test environments, server validation systems, and rack-level test operations. Architect, implement and enforce cybersecurity standards, firewall policies, network segmentation strategies, and access control frameworks. Lead vulnerability management, threat detection, incident response, and remediation activities to minimize operational risk. Drive compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to corporate, customer, regulatory, and industry security requirements. Implement infrastructure hardening and Zero Trust security principles across manufacturing and engineering environments. Infrastructure & Site Reliability Engineering Provide sustaining engineering support for manufacturing server (L10) and rack (L11) test software and infrastructure, including configuration management and deployment of new product introductions. Architect, Administer, support, and optimize Fortinet security solutions, including firewall policy management, intrusion prevention, and advanced threat protection. Manage Arista/Fortinet network environments, including switching, routing, segmentation, and high-availability network designs. Create highly available and secure network architecture to support VMware virtualization platforms. Support enterprise server infrastructure, preferably HPE ProLiant platforms and associated network management technologies. Support Manage SAN storage environments, preferably NetApp, including provisioning, performance optimization, monitoring, and capacity planning. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity and data protection objectives are achieved. Monitor infrastructure health, performance, capacity, and availability using enterprise monitoring and alerting platforms. Operational Excellence Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis across network, security, storage, virtualization, and server technologies. Develop and maintain network diagrams, infrastructure documentation, security standards, operating procedures, and knowledge articles. Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process improvements that enhance security, reliability, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, customer, and global IT teams to support production schedules and infrastructure requirements. Provide escalation support for business-critical production incidents. Ensure security compliance with company security policies, procedures, and departmental operational requirements.
