Senior Technical Specialist, Process Automation & Workflow

You will be responsible for the ongoing operation, maintenance, and optimization of process automation and workflow solutions across all managed service environment stages. Working closely with client infrastructure teams, OpenText engineering teams, and managed services colleagues, you will ensure business-critical workflow platforms remain reliable, performant, and fit for purpose in production environments. You will take ownership of complex operational challenges, troubleshoot issues across the full technology stack, and help drive successful outcomes for enterprise customers.
