Your role Dialpad’s Quality Engineering team ensures the reliability, scalability, and seamless customer experience of our AI-first communications platform across third-party integrations and enterprise workflows.

As a Sr. QA Engineer, you will own the quality strategy and release readiness for assigned product areas, partnering closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to build quality into every stage of the software development lifecycle. You will help advance test automation, improve release confidence, and champion modern Quality Engineering practices while ensuring seamless interoperability between Dialpad and enterprise applications for customers in Japan and global markets.

This role is based in Tokyo and requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams across Japan and international locations. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones, and a collaborative approach to partnering with global stakeholders.
