Operate,   monitor , and troubleshoot enterprise LAN and Wi-Fi infrastructure across Qualcomm sites   Perform configuration changes, firmware upgrades, and maintenance activities on routing and switching platforms   Respond to network incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution within established SLAs   Execute standard change requests following established operational procedures and   change   management processes   Collaborate with the India operations team on shift handoffs, shared ticket queues, and operational continuity   Partner with the architecture and design team in San Diego to implement approved network designs and standards   Maintain   accurate   network documentation including topology diagrams, asset inventories, and configuration baselines   Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes, runbooks, and automation efforts     Required Qualifications   3–5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network operations   Strong working knowledge of Layer 2/Layer 3 networking protocols (STP, VLAN, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP)   Experience   operating   and troubleshooting enterprise wireless (Wi-Fi) infrastructure   Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Cisco DNA Center, or similar)   Experience with Cisco routing and switching platforms (Catalyst, Nexus, or equivalent)   Strong English communication skills — written and verbal —   required   for daily collaboration with global teams   Ability to work on-site in Mexico City 5 days per week     Preferred Qualifications   Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification   Experience working in a global, follow-the-sun operations model   Familiarity with network automation tools (Ansible, Python scripting)   ITIL Foundation or experience working within ITIL-based service management frameworks   Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. OR 1+ year of IT-related work experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a non-technical field (e.g., Business, Humanities, Marketing), or related field.
