Technical Project Manager – Product Strategy & Technical Architecture, We’re seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead the strategy, delivery, and evolution of high-impact transactional experiences across our consumer app. In this role, you will sit at the center of product vision and technical execution—owning the roadmap for browsing, redemption, checkout, payments, order management, partner integrations, and fulfillment while ensuring the underlying platform is scalable, secure, reliable, and built for growth. This is an ideal opportunity for a technically fluent leader who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments and can translate business priorities into clear system-level direction. You’ll help shape architecture decisions, elevate engineering delivery, and drive exceptional customer experiences across critical transaction journeys.

Own the product roadmap for transactional platform capabilities, including offers and redemption, marketplace and catalog, checkout and payments, order management, partner and merchant integrations, and fulfillment tracking. Translate business and customer needs into actionable technical documentation, including PRDs, API contracts, acceptance criteria, process flows, and detailed requirements that enable clear engineering execution. Partner closely with engineering leaders on technical architecture decisions, including build-versus-buy evaluations, service boundaries, event-driven design patterns, and third-party integration strategy. Lead cross-functional squads across iOS, Android, backend engineering, QA, design, and data through discovery, prioritization, sprint planning, execution, and release. Define, monitor, and improve critical platform KPIs such as API latency, transaction success rates, checkout conversion, uptime, SLA adherence, and error trends. Drive the development and stewardship of the transactional data model and event taxonomy in collaboration with Data Engineering to support accurate analytics, reporting, auditing, and privacy
