Ensure SLA compliance, operational governance, quality, productivity and team performance. What are we looking for? • Any Graduation, MBA preferred • 7 to 10 years Sales Operations or Seller and Deal Support experience • Experience leading teams of 15 to 30 resources • Experience supporting Manager and Director stakeholders • Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem solving skills • • Seller and Deal Support operations • Sales support, opportunity management, deal coordination and case management • Quota administration, reporting and operational governance • Incident management, workflow monitoring and issue resolution • Workforce planning, staffing and capacity management Roles and Responsibilities: • Supervise Seller and Deal Support operations across assigned workstreams • Manage workload, staffing, productivity and SLA adherence • Review deliverables for quality and accuracy • Resolve operational escalations and complex requests • Coordinate with stakeholders on priorities and delivery • Drive process improvement, standardization and automation • Support governance reviews and performance reporting • Coach analysts and associates on quality and productivity • Support transitions, knowledge transfer and readiness activities • Govern SOP adherence and process documentation • Monitor KPIs, quality metrics and corrective actions • Identify automation and efficiency opportunities • Manage hiring, onboarding, capability development and succession planning • Drive engagement, utilization and business continuity
