How you communicate and collaborate with others.  Your enthusiasm for tech and Capital One. The Recruitment Process Step 1: Apply! If you meet the eligibility criteria you will be sent online testing to complete, assessing the core skills required for the role. Step 2 : One-way video interview, looking at your motivations for the role and some examples where you’ve shown the soft skills we’re looking for. Step 3 : Virtual assessment day, consisting of a pair programming exercise and a presentation and strengths based interview. Step 4 : In-person final interview with one of our Senior Software Engineering Managers, and the opportunity to look around our office.
