THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Regional Facilities Partner (RFP), you play a critical role in supporting restaurant operations by ensuring timely, effective, and high-quality resolution of facilities-related issues. This role owns the coordination and execution of facility support services within an assigned region, ensuring restaurants remain operational, safe, and best-in-class. The RFP serves as a key liaison between restaurant leadership, Facilities teams, and external vendors, driving expedited service delivery, strong vendor performance, and high customer satisfaction. This individual leverages data, prioritization, and operational expertise to optimize work order management, reduce downtime, and control maintenance and repair (M&R) spend. WHAT YOU’LL DO Facility Support Requests Own the intake, prioritization, and resolution of facility work orders, ensuring timely response and minimal disruption to restaurant operations. Cultivate an environment of expedited service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction for restaurant leadership and internal/external partners. Assess, evaluate, and re-categorize work orders as needed to ensure proper prioritization, SLA adherence, and operational efficiency. Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance, warranty service, and repair activities based on severity, risk, and business impact. Proactively communicate status updates and resolutions to restaurant teams and stakeholders. Vendor Relationships Identify, onboard, and manage vendor partners to support regional facilities needs. Partner with Facilities leadership to conduct regular business reviews with vendors to improve service levels, accountability, and cost efficiency. Track vendor performance against SLAs and address gaps in service delivery. Ensure timely completion of work orders, proposals, and invoice processing through consistent vendor communication and follow-up. Cost Savings & Financial Analysis Monitor regional spend across trades and vendors to identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities. Conduct regular reviews of M&R and capitalization spend, providing visibility and insights to Facilities leadership. Support budget management by identifying opportunities to optimize spend while maintaining service quality. Leverage data and reporting to recommend process improvements and drive more efficient resource allocation. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience. 2–4 years of experience in facilities, operations, vendor management, or related field preferred. Strong customer service mindset with a focus on responsiveness and problem resolution. Experience managing high volumes of work orders, vendor coordination, or service requests. Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing demands. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends or opportunities. Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence outcomes. Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure accountability to service expectations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CMMS platforms preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to challenge existing processes and drive change. Flexibility to support
