Project Control Analyst, Junior The Opportunity: Serve as a program control analyst providing contract finan cia l management services for multiple contracts in a client account. Work as part of a program management office with internal clients and infrastructure departments to analyze the resolution of finan cia l, contractual, and administrative issues. Prepare monthly finan cia l status reports and review contract awards and modifications for accuracy. Provide risk mitigation, manage reserves, and assist with analyzing business or budget planning and finan cia l analyses.  You Have: Experience in a finan cia l management environment Experience using Micro sof t Excel formulas in finan cia l tracking, analysis, and reporting environments Ability to be a team player, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing requirements in support of a high visibility program Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Knowledge of GAAP Knowledge of Micro sof t Windows applications Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Ability to identify, research, discuss, and resolve administrative and finan cia l issues with a team effectively Ability to learn and teach fundamentals related to the support of program management activities Ability to respond to directed assignments, think analytically, and comprehend finan cia l implications of the business Possession of excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information .

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $43,700.00 to $90,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
