Note : This is a tipped position. Pay is the NYS minimum for tipped employees ($10.70/hr. plus $5.30/hr. tip credit when applicable) plus tips. At Amore Italian Restaurant & Lounge our team of servers provides excellent service by taking and delivering orders, supporting the Front of House team and completing any other tasks necessary to ensure guests have a one-of-a-kind experience. In addition, servers assist in supporting restaurant operations by demonstrating true hospitality through exceptional people skills, food & beverage knowledge and service techniques.

Provide excellent service by creating a positive and energetic atmosphere at every table Serve guests in a courteous, attentive and efficient manner when maintaining tables, placing orders and collecting payments Provide guests with a reason to return to the restaurant by building rapport Requirements 1+ years' experience working in a multi-faceted food service facility, including restaurant, hotel or country club Enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant products and services Preferred Qualifications Experience with MICROS or other POS systems
