Job Title Senior Lead Engineer Job Overview We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, develop, and enhance software solutions that power simulation environments and automated testing platforms for mission-critical aerospace systems. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to build scalable software components, develop automated validation frameworks, improve CI/CD pipelines, and solve complex integration challenges. What You Will Do
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software components for simulation and test automation platforms. Build, enhance, and maintain automated test frameworks for validating complex software systems. Debug, analyze, and resolve software issues across multiple application layers using diagnostic tools, logs, and debuggers. Develop and maintain build systems, software development environments, and CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with software, systems, and test engineering teams to integrate software into simulation environments. Analyze software performance and troubleshoot integration issues to improve system stability and reliability. Create and maintain technical documentation, coding standards, and software development guidelines. Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to software engineering best practices. Continuously improve software quality, automation capabilities, and development efficiency.

Qualifications
You Must Have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, STEM, or a related technical discipline with 6+ years of relevant experience, OR Master's degree in a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience. Strong programming expertise in Modern C++ (C++14/C++17 or later) . Solid Python programming experience for automation, scripting, and test development. Experience working within Linux development environments. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills using tools such as GDB, log analysis, and diagnostic utilities. Experience using Git and collaborative software development
