Join Us and Make an Impact. A Site Manager assists in completing construction projects by reviewing design, planning, organizing, and controlling projects; completing quality inspections; supervising sub-contractors and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the sub-contractors Managing customer satisfaction onsite Ensure to achieve the required construction result within the scope time, quality and schedule Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations Review Honeywell Issue for construction documentation together with Consultants & Project Design documents for compliance with Specification, buildability and commission ability Security and access management onsite
Key Experience & Capabilities
Preferably Tertiary Qualification in Engineering, trade background. 10 years related industry experience in Brown field contracts doing retrofit and upgrade Experience in Security or controls Knowledge in Design Management, Project Management, Quality Management, Supervision, Managing schedule, managing sub-contractors Highly proficient in all the key areas of onsite management Construction/site supervision of Controls, Mechanical or Electrical personnel Good team building skills and experience in leading and managing the day-to-day activities onsite Professional and responsible with clients, employees, subcontractors and management Experience in time and resource management, including HSE and sub-contractor management Excellent verbal/written/presentation skills Ability to work and prosper in a flexible dynamic team environment Ability to travel around Queensland
