Business Partnering ·       Be the trusted financial advisor to Account Director, providing data-driven insights to support decision making ·       Collaborate with various stakeholders including operation teams, shared service centres and third party service providers ·       Identify financial risks and opportunities through analysis of performance indicators ·       Develop understanding of client accounts to propose initiatives that enhance financial performance ·       Propose and implement process improvements to optimise efficiency and effectiveness   Financial Management & Control ·       Manage vendor payments and monthly billing in compliance with JLL policies and guidelines ·       Monitor accounts receivables to optimise cash flow ·       Ensure robust documentation that meet audit requirements and maintain integrity of all financial transactions through effective processes   Month End Closing ·       Lead the month-end closing process (expense/revenue accrual etc) for assigned client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness ·       Investigate and resolve unusual variances or accounting issues ·       Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, local reporting standards and client contractual requirements   Financial Planning & Analysis ·       Prepare and present month end financial packages with meaningful variance analysis for internal stakeholders and clients (if required) ·       Partner with account leadership to develop comprehensive annual budget ·      Maintain rolling forecasts that accurately reflect current performance and future opportunities ·       Adhoc scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis     Sound like you?
