In this pivotal role, you will work directly with software solution providers, developers, and industry professionals to champion the adoption of NVIDIA’s advanced AI and computing platforms across the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). The ideal candidate brings a blend of deep technical expertise combined with a passion for developer advocacy, knowledge of the ecosystem in CIS and a talent for communicating how NVIDIA technology can solve complex, real-world challenges.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop and maintain deep technical expertise in agentic AI systems, open models, data science applications, and GPU-accelerated computing. Serve as the trusted technical advisor, problem solver, and champion for the developers within the CIS ecosystem, collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive adoption of NVIDIA technologies. Accelerate critical software company workloads by demonstrating and integrating the NVIDIA software stack (tools, libraries, SDKs, open models, NIMs, and blueprints) into partner products, platforms, and pipelines. Guide partners through onboarding and integration by providing technical resources—such as sample code, guides, and demo pipelines—to accelerate ecosystem adoption and foster co-innovation of next-generation solutions in CIS. Map and monitor the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities, collaborating with engineering, product management, and marketing to inform roadmaps and optimize partner adoption strategies. Engage partner technical leaders to drive best-practice integrations and resolve technical challenges, using regular syncs to track adoption, surface new workflows, and channel critical field insights back to NVIDIA product teams. Represent NVIDIA at industry and developer events Communicate the business and commercial value of integrating the NVIDIA platform into software company’s products This is a builder role that must be adaptable and adept at working with cross-functional, matrixed teams What We Need to See Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 8+ years of overall professional experience in the technology industry in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architect, product management, including 5+ years of direct hands-on experience working in the CIS region. Proven experience leading, partnering, scaling developer programs at major technology companies, and working on product integration with vertical-specific technology platforms or horizontal business applications. Significant technical depth in AI/ML, customization of open models, or creation of agentic systems and contributions to product integrations and software libraries. Experience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams - including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivery of technical talks or workshops Proven ability to structure and implement complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate
