Sportsbook Supervisor

Oversee the day-to-day activities of the sportsbook, ensuring efficient operations and a high level of guest service. Supervise, train, and mentor sportsbook ticket writers, ensuring they adhere to policies and provide excellent customer service. Address and resolve any guest issues or disputes promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive guest experience. Ensure that sportsbook operations comply with all regulatory and company policies, including gaming laws and anti-money laundering protocols. Monitor the ticket-writing process to ensure accuracy in bets, payouts, and record-keeping. Assist with daily reporting, handle financial transactions, and maintain accurate records of bets placed and payouts made. Assist in creating and managing team schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours. Support sportsbook promotional activities, special events, and marketing initiatives to drive business growth. Provide feedback to management on operational improvements and contribute ideas to enhance the guest experience.
