Job Title: Inventory Management Support Job Code: 44443 Job Location: Rochester, NY Job Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM   Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented OEM Pack Out Area Specialist to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) products are accurately packed, labeled, and prepared for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements. This role is crucial in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our production and distribution processes. Essential Functions: Responsible for accurate packing, labeling, and preparation of OEM products for shipment. Ensures all products meet company standards and customer requirements. Plays a key role in maintaining production and distribution quality and efficiency. Strong internal customer focus and communication skills, exhibits strong teamwork and collaboration. Accurately pack OEM products into designated packaging materials. Ensure correct labeling with all required shipping and handling information. Verify items meet quality standards before packing. Inspect products for defects or discrepancies. Report any quality issues to the Production Supervisor/Manager. ·        Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure product integrity   Qualifications:   ·        High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years prior experience, 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 2 years prior experience     Preferred Additional Skills:   Knowledge of order processing to support revenue shipments Proficient computer skills, including experience using Oracle EBS, Agile, and Microsoft Office programs. Multitasking ability to work concurrently between multiple software programs. Knowledge of material handling procedures and Environmental Health and Safety requirements. Ability to stand for majority of shift (shifts are 10 hours) Capable of bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Suggest and implement improvements to packing processes. Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving initiatives.   In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, Vermont and Virginia is  $38,000- $71,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
