Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field, with solid theoretical knowledge in power electronics, motor control, and lithium-battery-powered systems. Minimum 10 years of experience in electronic product development, preferably in brushless motor control modules, switching power supplies. Strong knowledge of manufacturing BOM structure, PCBA assembly processes, PCBA auto testing etc. Good hands-on capability in product development and problem solving. Effective communication skills, including English reading, writing, and speaking ability, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and a strong willingness to learn, improve, and share knowledge Responsibilities Develop the BLDC motor control hardware circuitry for new power tool products, following the testing, and associated documents set up; Participate in the new electronic module manufacture building, and the relevant tester development in the suppliers; Get involved in the power tool phase testing process, timely addressing occurred technical issues, offering the practical solution; In Charge of the mature products line maintain, providing cost down solutions to exiting products And More: We want our company to be a place you’ll want to be – and stay.
