The Senior Director of Product Management - Enterprise AI/ML will lead a product team spanning the Machine Learning and AI platforms at Capital One, and will be responsible for the capabilities that enable Capital One associates to train and serve Models and Generative/Agentic AI applications that power our business.  We are looking for a deeply technical product leader with a proven history of building products and experiences for data scientists and software developers. This individual will have deep domain expertise in AI/ML technologies for Data Scientists and familiarity with emerging infrastructure and autonomous multi-agent systems for Generative AI application development. An ideal candidate may have prior experience as an engineer or data scientist, with several years as a technical Product Manager and leader of a product management team.  This leader will set the strategy and priorities grounded in technical understanding and user experience. They must be able to sit in the shoes of the user (data scientists and engineers) and drive adoption of Generative AI (including Agentic AI).
