Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech We are searching for the best talent for Business Analyst Purpose Support the Hong Kong Vision Care Commercial Excellence team by driving sales operations excellence through business performance management and commercial process administration & governance. You will be responsible for: 1. Business Performance Reporting & Management Own sales dashboards, recurring performance reporting, and data quality management. Support business reviews, forecast tracking, and management reporting by highlighting key performance trends, risks, and opportunities. 2. Accrual, Rebate & Settlement Operations Prepare accruals, rebate cycles, settlements, true-ups, reconciliations, and credit-note requests. Maintain calculations, approvals, system processing, and issue resolution at payer and account level. 3. BPA, Pricing & Eligibility Operations Prepare BPA agreements and amendments, coordinating Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Commercial approvals. Maintain rebate cycles, pricing, eligibility, contract-tracking, and audit records. 4. Commercial Investment Review Assist in evaluating campaign and commercial investment efficiency using spend, uplift, ROI, and performance drivers; recommend optimisation and future resource allocation. 5. Documentation, SOP & Compliance Maintain audit-ready factsheets, approvals, control reports, and physical and digital records. Own SOP updates, acknowledgements, training coordination, and compliance with approval and evidence requirements. 6. Ad Hoc Projects & Business Support Support ad hoc analyses, cross-functional projects, and business initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations to support decision making and continuous improvement.

Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Statistics, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
