What the day will look like Operational and Transition Support Support the Head of Health Solutions and relevant stakeholders with pre-work activities for the Global Capability Center transition project. Prepare, review and organise data to ensure it is complete and ready for handover to the Global Capability Center team. Assist with data requirements relating to the eRFP platform, World Class Broking, and TBS Greater Insights. Track outstanding information and follow up with relevant stakeholders to support the timely completion of project deliverables. Maintain clear and accurate documentation throughout the transition process. Data Analytics and Process Improvement Assist in consolidating claims information to support the feeding in data to Claim database. Follow up with relevant stakeholders to obtain missing or incomplete data. Provide general analytical and administrative support for other Health Solutions initiatives, as required. Skills and experience that will lead to success Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Finance, Economics or a related discipline. Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail. Comfortable working with large datasets and performing data validation. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of data visualisation or scripting tools would be an advantage. A plus fo a familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or Python Strong organisational and time-management skills. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Able to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders. Proactive, willing to learn and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. Able to handle business and client information with appropriate confidentiality.
