Backed by advanced technology, lifecycle services and an industry-leading field organization, we elevate customer performance, turn goals into real-world results and help move society forward J ob Title: Project Manager - Data Center (BMS) Location: Mumbai Department: Building Technologies & Solutions (BT&S) Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution and delivery of Data Center projects , with a strong focus on Building Management Systems (BMS) and integrated building solutions. The incumbent will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, including planning, installation, commissioning, stakeholder management, and project closure while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, cost, and timeline objectives.

Manage the complete lifecycle of Data Center BMS projects from kick-off to handover. Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and control activities. Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning, and integration of: Building Management Systems (BMS) HVAC Controls Electrical Monitoring Systems CCTV Systems Access Control Systems (ACS) Fire Alarm & Life Safety Systems Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and risk mitigation plans. Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Monitor project KPIs and ensure timely delivery within contractual commitments. Conduct project review meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and company standards. Handle customer escalations and drive resolution. Support project documentation, billing milestones, and project closure activities.

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline. PMP/Project Management certification will be an added advantage.

8 to 15 years of relevant experience in project execution and project management. Strong experience in Data Center projects . Experience managing BMS, HVAC Controls, ELV Systems, CCTV, ACS, and Fire Alarm Systems . Proven experience in handling large-scale critical infrastructure or mission-critical facilities. Experience managing subcontractors, site teams, and multiple stakeholders.
