Don't miss this chance to join and support digital innovation for a global leader in heavy machinery!   What will you do?  As a Customer Onboarding & Deployment Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, organization, and implementation of projects for Integrated Procurement (IP), Caterpillar’s largest ecommerce platform, which connects customer systems to dealer systems to procure parts from the dealers and grow ecommerce sales. You will be responsible for leading the onboarding and deployment of Integrated Procurement solutions for new customers. This role serves as the primary coordinator between customers, dealers, and Caterpillar to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and long-term customer success. The position requires strong project management and implementation planning skills to drive customer onboarding activities from initiation through successful production deployment and adoption. The role supports strategic eCommerce growth initiatives by enabling customers to integrate Caterpillar digital purchasing capabilities into their procurement processes. Responsibilities include: Customer Onboarding & Deployment Lead end-to-end onboarding activities for Integrated Procurement customers. Develop and manage onboarding plans, timelines, milestones, and implementation schedules. Coordinate onboarding readiness reviews and deployment activities. Ensure successful customer transition from onboarding to ongoing support. Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary project contact for customer onboarding engagements. Coordinate activities across customers, dealers, product owners, engineering teams, support teams, and business stakeholders. Facilitate project meetings and status reviews.
