WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH This role reports directly to the France Sports Marketing Senior Director and partners closely with the EMEA Sports Marketing Athlete Development & Services team. Collaboration is central to success. This person works across internal functions to deliver business impact, partners with global teams to manage and develop the profile of globally and locally relevant athletes, and collaborates with external partners to ensure seamless execution and high-quality athlete services.

They can confidently present plans, activations, integrations, and product concepts to athletes and their teams, earning alignment and the approvals needed to move work forward. You’ll bring: Extensive sports marketing experience within the sports industry and a strong athlete-first mindset. Proven track record in strategy and brand marketing, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver measurable impact. Strong leadership skills with experience guiding cross-functional teams, mentoring talent, and inspiring innovative execution. Exceptional relationship-building abilities that create trust and collaboration with external partners and internal stakeholders at senior levels. Fluency in French and English to communicate effectively across local and international markets. Ability to travel regularly within France and internationally to uphold Nike standards and deliver results. Ability to support key sport moments outside standard office hours when needed to serve athletes and the business. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON Manage athletes’ development plans and service strategy: You will oversee and implement how Nike leverages the athlete portfolio in France, building strategies that activate cross-functional teams and drive brand and business outcomes. Be the connector: You will serve as the key point of contact between local functions, EMEA, and Global, ensuring alignment on campaigns, services, and strategic priorities. Drive brand activations: You will leverage the athlete portfolio to amplify Nike campaigns and activations, maximizing visibility and impact while upholding Nike standards from planning through execution. Deliver top-class servicing: You will own the athlete services strategy, define and manage the local service budget, and ensure athletes are supported with consistency, care, and excellence during key sport moments. Act as a team player: You will represent the France Sports Marketing voice at senior levels, keep the athlete at the center, and make clear decisions about how to best serve the business. Lead the team: You will manage direct reports, ensure athletes and the business are served, and build trust and transparency across Sports Marketing teams in France, EMEA, and Global.
