Position at a Glance The Global Finance Lead is a key leader in the Mexico City Global Capability Center (GCC), overseeing teams that support Global Finance across the AI Finance Capability, Reporting and Data Foundations, and IT FP&A. This role connects global priorities and programs to disciplined execution, ensuring that solutions, reporting services, and financial routines are delivered consistently, on time, and in line with global standards. The role is accountable for leading teams that translate direction into high-quality outcomes across three critical areas. For the AI Finance Capability, this includes coordinating and aligning on priorities set by the global team and ensuring the effective delivery of enabling platforms, tools, automation, and agents. For Reporting and Data Foundations, the role ensures that Global Finance sponsored initiatives and standards are executed effectively, supporting consistent reporting and a trusted data foundation across markets. For IT FP&A, the role ensures strong support for IT financial routines for processes such as ZBB and CAPEX. Lead and develop three Finance teams supporting the AI Finance Capability, Reporting and Data Foundations, and IT FP&A, ensuring strong performance, engagement, and capability building Partner closely with global stakeholders to align on priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes, ensuring that local teams remain focused on the highest-value work Oversee the team supporting the AI Finance Capability, ensuring effective coordination around priorities set by the global team and successful delivery of solutions spanning platform architecture, data pipelines, semantic model layers, shared agent frameworks, evaluation standards, audit-trail requirements, and agent development Ensure AI Finance deliverables are scalable, controlled, and aligned with enterprise data, governance, and operational expectations Lead the team supporting the Reporting and Data Foundations pillar, ensuring that projects and priorities led by global roles are executed effectively and translated into consistent, high-quality services and outputs Bridge day-to-day reporting execution with global reporting standards, enabling reliable financial insights and a trusted data foundation across markets and sub-pillars Oversee support for IT FP&A business partners, ensuring financial routines related to ZBB and CAPEX are delivered in alignment with global due dates, standards, and governance requirements Build strong relationships across Global Finance, GCC, technology teams, and business partners to resolve issues, align dependencies, and accelerate delivery Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and effective controls across reporting, data, automation, and finance support processes within the role’s scope Coach and develop a team of finance professionals, strengthening technical expertise, leadership capability, and readiness for future growth opportunities Influence stakeholders through clear communication, structured problem-solving, and credible finance and transformation leadership Recipe for Success – apply now if this sounds like you! 1.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field; 2. Experience
