Role Description: We are seeking a Head of Content Marketing to help define and advance Nomura Asset Management’s content strategy. The Executive Director reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and will play a global leadership role in shaping the firm's thought leadership position. The Head of Content Marketing will lead a team of content marketers and investment writers responsible for developing and commercializing insights, elevating the voices of our investment experts, and strengthening the firm’s position as a leading authority on markets and investment strategy. The role demands deep investment expertise and market knowledge, combined with the editorial instinct to identify compelling stories, the strategic rigor to build the foundation, and the creative ambition to tell them in ways this industry has not seen before. Key responsibilities include:
Create powerful experiences through distinctive content that delivers, brand-consistent insights and inspires clients to act. Deliver multi-format experiences that capture and elevate the perspectives of our thought leaders and investment teams. Partner with the Chief Investment Strategist to build a signature market insights platform that translates complex market developments into timely, practical perspectives and portfolio implications. Lead the content development, activation, and global distribution of the firm’s annual outlooks and other top-down macroeconomic insights, translating and promoting their key themes and investment perspectives through integrated campaigns throughout the year. Develop and oversee the editorial strategy and calendar to ensure consistent publishing across paid and owned properties spanning SEO- and AEO-optimized web content, broad marketing emails and social media. Report and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and track how leading content organizations in financial services and other industries are evolving. Conduct regular surveys and gather feedback from client-facing teams to assess client demand and sentiment, identify emerging needs, and inform new content opportunities.
