VIP Lounge Representative - The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

THE JOB: As a VIP Lounge Representative at The Cosmopolitan, you’ll be the face of elevated service. In this role, you'll greet and assist VIP guests with check-in, check-out, and personalized services. You’ll ensure seamless communication with internal departments to meet guest needs, maintain the lounge’s appearance and amenities, and handle inquiries with professionalism and care.
