英文職稱: Senior Architecture Designer (Building + Places, Taipei) 中文職稱: ⾼級建築設計師 (建築與人居環境部-台北) AECOM 台灣現正招聘一位具豐富經驗的資深設計師（建築），負責支援各類型專案的規劃、設計及執行，包括商業、綜合用途、辦公空間、醫療保健、教育、酒店及公共部門發展項目。

• 工作地點： 台北市 • 工作時間：週一至週五，上午 9:00 至下午 6:00（彈性工時），包含 1 小時午休時間。 • 出差需求： 不需要出差或外派。

工作內容: 負責從概念發展至詳細設計階段的建築設計方案規劃與執行。 編製設計簡報、圖則、報告及相關技術文件。 與內部跨專業團隊及外部顧問協調合作，確保專案順利推進。 參與以英語及普通話進行的專案會議及設計工作坊。 與 AECOM 本地及區域團隊緊密合作，共同推動專案發展。 協助提升設計品質、技術水平及專案交付表現。 Job Description: Develop architectural design solutions from concept through detailed design stages. Prepare design presentations, drawings, reports, and supporting documentation. Coordinate with internal multidisciplinary teams and external consultants. Participate in project meetings and design workshops in both English and Mandarin. Collaborate with local and regional AECOM teams. Contribute to design quality, technical excellence, and project delivery performance. 應徵資格 背景條件: 具備相關科系大學學歷或以上 (都市設計，都市規劃，建築設計相關學位) 具備最少 10 年以上相關工作經驗 曾參與由概念設計（Concept Design）、設計發展（Design Development）至施工文件編製（Construction Documentation）各階段的建築項目。 對建築設計原則及跨專業團隊協調工作有深入理解。 能流利使用 普通話及英語，並具備優秀的口頭及書面溝通能力。 熟悉 Revit、AutoCAD、Adobe Creative Suite 及 Microsoft Office 等軟件。 熟悉以 BIM（建築資訊模型）為基礎的專案交付流程。 能夠在多元文化及國際化的專案環境中有效工作。
