What You Will Do
Participate in collaborative, cross-discipline integrated product teams, employ agile software development techniques and resources to develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems solutions for aerospace and defense applications Assist and participate in the requirements, design, development and testing of real-time embedded software, application software, and tools, to include development of new work products or enhancement of existing applications and systems Work collaboratively with Systems and Integration Test Engineers to analyze, implement and test system Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics or Mathematics or a related (STEM) discipline Minimum of five (5) or more years of relevant experience in software development, integration, and/or test using C++, Java, C# or similar object-oriented software language Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date Qualifications We Prefer: Highly desired experience Leading teams Experience contributing to a team environment for the purpose of developing creative solutions to difficult technical problems Experience working in Agile environment such as Scrum, Scrum @ Scale, SAFe, Test-Driven Development, DevSecOps Strong problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills Desire and ability to learn new technologies and tools Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with time-critical requirements Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins), configuration management tools (e.g., Azure, Jira, Git, Bitbucket, Artifactory), and data analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB, Python). Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, memory management, and multithreaded applications.
