The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.   The Opportunity We are looking for a qualified and experienced Manager – Capex Controller to lead and manage capital expenditure processes within a manufacturing environment. The role involves end-to-end ownership of Capex governance, financial analysis, and close alignment with FP&A and Treasury to ensure accurate forecasting and effective cash flow planning.   Your Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end Capex planning, tracking, capitalization, and reporting Monitor Capex spends vs budgets and provide detailed variance analysis and actionable insights Partner with FP&A teams to ensure all Capex investments are accurately reflected in forecasts and financial plans Collaborate with Treasury to align Capex outflows with cash flow planning and liquidity management Work closely with stakeholders across Manufacturing, Operations, Procurement, and Finance to gather relevant data and validate assumptions Ensure accurate asset creation, capitalization, and depreciation in SAP Maintain strong governance over Capex processes ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls Analyse large datasets and translate them into meaningful insights for leadership decision-making Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and automation in Capex processes Act as a key business partner, providing critical thinking and constructive challenge on investment decisions Prepare meeting materials and lead bi-weekly CapEx Steering Committee meetings with top executive leadership to present the status of projects and projects pending approval. Analyze capital expenditure request forms to ensure that all required data is included from operations and local finance team
