Technician Level 2 performs routine calibration, adjustment, troubleshooting, and maintenance of measurement and test equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal standards. This role supports production and quality operations by documenting results, identifying out-of-tolerance conditions, and working with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment issues in a timely manner. The position requires strong attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.                     2nd shift - Monday to Friday (can start at 1pm or 2pm) Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Calibrates electronic test measuring equipment and signal generating equipment to conform to set standards. Tests, calibrates, adjusts, and maintains electromechanical, mechanical, optical, pneumatic, hydro mechanical, and pressure-type measuring and indicating instruments. Sets up calibration sequences, methods and procedures according to detailed specifications, blueprints, drawings, and requirements. Disassembles, cleans, repairs, and replaces defective parts of test equipment such as pressure gauges and tension meters. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures. Required Knowledge and Experience:  Requires working knowledge of systems, techniques, tools and procedures typically obtained through prior related work experience, training, and/or education. Requires a 1+ years of relevant technical experience, which may include a combination of practical experience and applicable training, education, or certification. No minimum education requirement.

Associate degree in Technology or Instrumentation Calibration technician experience is a plus Experience in medical devices or another regulated industry Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and CMMS systems such as SAP Familiarity with FDA 21 CFR Part 820, cGMP, ISO 13485, ISO 10012, and ISO 17025 Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, team-oriented, and process-focused Able to work efficiently under pressure in a dynamic environment For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
