Service Operations Assistant Manager

The Service Ops Assistant Manager is first and foremost responsible for guest relations and satisfaction. He/she assumes total store responsibility in Store Director, Assistant Store Director, Grocery Manger, and Service Manager’s absence. He/she serves as Controller of cash and returned checks and is responsible for assisting the Service Manager in achieving front-end productivity goals while helping to maintain superior guest service and satisfaction.
