Job Title RGM Senior Manager Job Description The Revenue Growth Senior Manager acts as a linking pin between the Sales, Marketing and Finance teams driving pricing & distribution optimization while always acting with integrity as a custodian of Revenue Growth Management Framework Key aspects are • Working together with marketing and sales team to decide and execute a proper pricing strategy based on the deep understand of the product as well as the market and competition • Drive net revenue optimization by creating insights of the RGM levers ( e.g. promo effectiveness, mix management, distribution, trade investments) for the local marketing & commercial teams AND ensuring that the way the RGM strategy is executed helps the company and customers to realize the goals • Drive compliance with regulations and global RGM framework and ensure high quality budget (Rebate and Provision) planning and management You are responsible for • Implementing and fostering the Philips Global Pricing, Promotion and Distribution Strategy (RGM Framework) in the relevant channel/category • Coach and steer the organization to execute the RGM framework (including capability building), • Responsible for the compliance, annual terms& conditions within the framework of the company, including approval and rejection of commercial conditions in annual contracts • Responsible for steering the commercial teams to optimize the revenue growth • Responsible for (annual) PPWF budget determination (per bucket per customer) for GRC • Lead price performance management in the market and act as a consultant towards sales, marketing and finance to drive continuous pricing and profitability performance improvements • Responsible for exception management on trade spending management (up to threshold) • Coordinate the trade spending management process toward customers • Responsible to install and govern a proper process of all relevant local SAP loads, including price uplifts that is compliant to the RGM framework • Gather market insights and create a feedback loop towards the global Commercial Strategy team with regard to possible improvements for the Commercial Strategy To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience • Customer first attitude • Experience in pricing, commercial, finance, strategic or auditing role • Strong commercial understanding • Ability to work in a virtual team with a wide array of stakeholders (cross-functional, cross-layer) • Project management skills • Strong conceptual and analytical skills but also hands-on • Strong analytic tool skills (Excel mandatory and SAP/BW is preferred) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and experience with working in a business with complex market • Be able to work on multiple subjects at the same time Why should you join Philips?
