About your manager  Adam Kele leads the German Financial Services Transformation Practice within Technology Consulting and brings 15 years of experience in technology strategy, complex program delivery, and system integration and transformation projects across the Central and Eastern European region. Adam is passionate about bridging the IT and business perspectives, bringing a structured yet pragmatic approach to both business and delivery. Job description & summary  As a Business Analyst, you’ll support the analysis, documentation, coordination, and delivery of digital and technology projects.  You will translate business needs into structured requirements, work closely with both business and IT, participate in workshops, help shape processes, and contribute to successful delivery in agile or hybrid environments. What matters to us Suitable for  recent graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience with completed university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Engineering, or a comparable field  Interdisciplinary backgrounds are welcome, especially combinations of business with technology, analytics, digital transformation, communication, or management  Experience or exposure in consulting, technology consulting, digital or business transformation, or financial services environments (banking or insurance) is an advantage  Experience in stakeholder‑facing, coordination, or delivery‑oriented roles, such as: Business or data analysis, Project or product coordination, Consulting or advisory roles bridging business and IT  Strong communication and coordination skills, combined with an interest in consulting and technology, are essential for this role.
