Recycling Administration Lead

How you will contribute You will: Be leading the team running recycling fee declarations within the fixed deadlines for 29 countries in EU region. Ensure correctness of declarations and related master data attributes in respective system and in line with countries legal requirements. Perform and support the team in  various analysis (cost & volume), identify trends and make recommendations for improvements. Provide forecasts, support internal and external audits. Lead and Coordinate SAP configurations updates if needed. Close communication with Country contacts. Close communication with all parties, involved in Recycling Fee process, such as R&D, Finance, Recycling Fee Data analysts, Country contacts, Support Team, SAP, etc. Responsible for the continuous improvement of the existing process and control points What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Experience implementing CI processes Strong facilitation and communication skills Experience in change management processes Logical thinking and capacity to influence Results oriented and prepared to deal with ambiguity Experience such as: continuous improvement manager, team leader roles, area manager More about this role Education / Certifications: University degree Job specific requirements: Team lead experience Strong communication skills Fluent English Analytical skills. Logical and structured thinking. Microsoft Excel, SAP knowledge (or similar) is an advantage. Competencies: Problem solving Peer relationship Organizational agility Travel requirements: Minimum
