Job Title: Industrials / Business Services - Investment Banking Coverage & Advisory Location: London Corporate Title: Associate Consistently recognised by the industry for activities in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and capital raising, our Corporate Finance business is a market leader in Investment Banking & Capital Markets. We provide a full range of investment banking services, including public and private equity and debt financing, public and private M&A advice and private investment services for corporate and institutional clients. Corporate Finance is organised through global products and regional client coverage spanning different geographies and industry focused teams. The Investment Banking Coverage & Advisory division is looking to add an Associate in the Industrials/Business Services (IND/BS) team. We have implemented a model that enables eligible employees to work remotely for a part of their working time and reach a working pattern that works for them Competitive salary and non-contributory pension 30 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase additional days Life Assurance and Private Healthcare for you and your family A range of flexible benefits including Retail Discounts, a Bike4Work scheme and Gym benefits The opportunity to support a wide ranging CSR programme + 2 days’ volunteering leave per year Your key responsibilities Transaction execution including day-to-day project and process management, financial modelling, structuring, due diligence, documentation, and management of legal and accounting workstreams, working with both public and private companies Assisting senior team members with origination of new business, including identification of target opportunities Assisting with the preparation of presentations for clients, investors, and the broader investment community and responsible for responding to client-specific requests Communicating with clients, advisers, and senior investment bankers, including participation in client meetings and events in both origination and execution projects Working with our retained United Kingdom listed advisory clients, providing market intelligence alongside broader strategic and M&A advice Preparing complex financial analysis.
