Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IND ServiceNow ITOM Engineer to join our Infrastructure team. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions to optimize our IT infrastructure and operations. Job Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration. * Configure and maintain ITOM integrations with various infrastructure components and monitoring tools. * Develop and manage automation workflows and runbooks within ServiceNow ITOM. * Monitor and troubleshoot ITOM functionalities, ensuring optimal performance and data accuracy. * Collaborate with infrastructure teams to identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency. * Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ITOM solutions and processes. * Provide technical support and training to end-users and other IT teams on ITOM functionalities. * Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow ITOM features and industry best practices. * Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes related to ITOM. Job Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration. * Proven expertise in designing and implementing ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration). * Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, storage, cloud platforms). * Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python. * Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices. * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required. * ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITOM is highly preferred. * Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. logies are a plus.
