Pay: $75,000 - $105,000 plus annual bonus opportunities, company vehicle, benefits, and so much more! What to Expect? The Zone Manager exercises complete responsibility for developing and managing two business operations that increases sales, profitability, market share, and customer and employee satisfaction. On a daily basis our Zone Manager: Manages at least two branch managers within a zone and adjusts sales goals and procedures as appropriate for each sales center based on goals set for the region. Assesses local market conditions, identifies current and prospective sales opportunities and develops forecasts, financial objectives and business plans for the branches. Researches, analyzes and implements strategic and marketing plans and recommends desirable changes in the policies and goals of the branches and the organization. Grows the business through new product development, complementary product development, and new customer and market development. Assumes responsibility for branches’ P&L to meet branch, region and corporate profitability goals and objectives. Conducts monthly reviews of branch P&L with branch managers and
