As part of our platform engineering team, you will gain hands-on experience with leading technologies including Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, Quickbase, N8N, and ABBYY. You will work alongside experienced platform specialists and engineers while building valuable technical skills in automation, governance, AI, and enterprise application support. Future Career Growth This role provides a strong foundation for future opportunities in: Platform Engineering Solution Architecture Automation Engineering AI Solutions Development Product and Platform Management What You'll Do As an Associate Platform Analyst, you will support the administration and continuous improvement of our enterprise low-code and automation platforms. Responsibilities include: Assist with managing platform environments, user access, permissions, connectors, and service accounts. Support day-to-day platform operations and maintenance activities. Monitor platform health and help identify and resolve issues. Troubleshoot application, workflow, integration, and access-related requests. Assist with incident management and production support activities. Participate in testing activities, upgrades, and platform releases. Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support guides. Partner with business users and technical teams to understand needs and provide support. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives. Follow established governance, security, and compliance standards. Continuously learn new technologies and contribute ideas for platform improvements.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in IT support, application support, systems administration, software development, or a related technical field. Strong interest in technology, automation, AI, and digital transformation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to learn new technologies and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
