**Full Job Description: The Human Touch**

+ Answer inbound customer calls

+ Schedule service appointments for dealership service departments

+ Assist customers with questions and service-related needs

+ Accurately document customer interactions

+ Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment

+ Navigate multiple systems while maintaining attention to detail

+ Deliver an exceptional experience to every guest, every time

+ Positive, professional communication skills

+ Strong customer service mindset

+ Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

+ Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems

+ Detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused

+ Call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

+ Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply
