Principal Consultant - Tech Lead Netsuite

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Consultant / Tech Lead to lead the technical delivery of complex Oracle NetSuite projects across LATAM. This role combines strong hands-on development expertise with technical leadership, customer engagement, and team development. The Tech Lead will own technical solutions, guide developers, ensure delivery quality, and work closely with customers and functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. The role will also contribute to presales activities, technical estimations, solution design, and continuous improvement initiatives.
