Process Engineer

Responsibilities This role is key to achieving high-quality assembly and testing of a wide range of complex electronic devices. For our global hardware product assembly operation, located in Delft, we are seeking an experienced process engineer, with knowledge of electronics and testing, to join our production team. The candidate needs to have the capability and knowledge as listed below: Production and Process Planning Workforce Planning and Optimization Layout Design and Facility Planning Process Improvement Data Analysis and Decision-Making Testing and Evaluation Compliance and Safety Quality Assurance and Control Verantwoordelijkheden Deze rol is belangrijk voor hoogwaardige assemblage en testen van een breed scala aan complexe elektronische apparaten. Voor onze wereldwijde hardwareproductie-assemblage-operatie, gevestigd in Delft, zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren procesingenieur met kennis van elektronica en van testen, om ons productieteam te versterken. De kandidaat moet de volgende vaardigheden en kennis hebben: Productie- en procesplanning Personeelsplanning en optimalisatie Lay-outontwerp en faciliteitsplanning Procesverbetering Gegevensanalyse en besluitvorming Testen en evaluatie Naleving en veiligheid Kwaliteitsborging en -controle Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Electrical Engineering discipline preferred) or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing and testing. Strong knowledge in electronic circuitry. Broad knowledge of electronic products and assembly processes. Create and update standard operating procedures and work instructions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues. Establish, implement, and monitor operational compliance against applicable regulatory and corporate requirements. Drive process standardization, digitalization, and operational excellence initiatives. Able to provide continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor. Manage multiple priorities, assess risks and tradeoffs, propose and implement solutions to mitigate risks. Results-driven, having a growth mindset in the knowledge of products. Able to make clear and confident presentation to upper management Able to work independently and focus on meeting business objectives. Proficient with Oracle, shopfloor, Microsoft Word, excel and PowerPoint Fluent Dutch & English Kwalificaties Bachelor’s degree (bij voorkeur in Elektrotechniek) of gelijkwaardige ervaring. 5 jaar ervaring in testen binnen de elektronische productie. Sterke kennis van elektronische schakelingen. Brede kennis van elektronische producten en processen. Maak en werk standaardwerkprocedures en werkinstructies bij. Werk samen met teams uit verschillende afdelingen om productieproblemen op te lossen. Stel operationele naleving vast, implementeer deze en bewaak deze volgens de geldende wettelijke en bedrijfsvereisten. Stuur initiatieven voor processtandaardisatie, digitalisering en operationele uitmuntendheid aan. Kan continue verbeterinitiatieven op de productievloer doorvoeren. Beheer meerdere prioriteiten, beoordeel risico's en afwegingen, stel oplossingen voor en implementeer maatregelen om risico's te beperken. Resultaatgericht, met een groeimindset over
