Key Responsibilities: a.       Collaborate with stakeholders to define sourcing objectives, outcomes, and governance structure. b.       Support the identification of business requirements and vendor selection criteria. c.       Conduct market assessments to identify potential vendors for RFx events. d.       Recommend vendors for RFx participation and build RFx packages. e.       Develop evaluation methodology, scorecards, and perform objective evaluation analysis based on inputs. f.        Facilitate vendor selection and final award decision. g.       Establish negotiation strategy on commercials and coordinate with the Qualcomm contracts team who will do contract drafting. h.       Initiate vendor communications and facilitate RFx introduction meetings. i.        Manage logistics and communications between organization and vendors during RFx events. j.        Coordinate vendor Q&A, demos, and solution sessions. k.       Perform cost modeling, conduct commercial negotiations, and create financial comparisons with pros/cons/risks.
