Position Summary
The Event Parking Supervisor is generally responsible for supervising event parking staff. This position reports to the Parking Director. This role pays an hourly rate of $30.00 This is a seasonal role from October 1, 2026, and will end on February 1, 2027. This position will remain open until November 27, 2026.
Responsibilities
Maintain core values while working on property. Inspect parking lots several times throughout the day. Ensure safe and efficient traffic patterns for all guests. Assist m anager with event day operations of parking lots and traffic flow. Assist the M anager with enforcement of the employee parking program. Ensure event day checklists are follow ed & completed for the entirety of the event. Ensure the campus is set up and lots are ready for the event. Report traffic incidents in lots to the manager. Perform traffic material/supply inventory along with our parking operati ons. Perform inventory management. Assist the M anager by gathering information to respond to guest inquiries and investigate complaints / concerns. Assisting w ith the continuous evaluation and adjustment of the pedestrian and vehicle wayfinding signage program.
Qualifications
High school education or equivalent. 2-3+ years of previous experience in event operations or parking operations is preferred . Previous supervisory experience preferred. Must be able to legally operate vehicles. Strong customer communication skills. Ability to work effectively as a team player. Must have flexibility to work shifts on weekdays, weekday evenings, weekends, early mornings, and late nights and outdoors in all weather conditions. Experience working in the customer service industry is a plus.
