Staff Supervision: Train new technicians, track performance, and coordinate shift or work schedules. System Maintenance: Monitor the safety and efficiency of utility networks like water distribution or sewage collection. Compliance & Safety: Enforce local, state, and federal safety rules (such as EPA, OSHA, FDA, CFR, GxP standards). Administrative Support: Help prepare basic operational reports, track material inventory, and assist with departmental budgets.   Qualifications & Skills Education: High school diploma required; an associate or technical degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field is preferred.

2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in pharma works, facility maintenance, or utility operations. Certifications: Valid driver’s license and relevant entry-level state water/wastewater or trade certifications. Basic computer literacy, leadership potential, and problem-solving skills for handling equipment failures Intermediate English communication skills This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
